Often grouped together as “XR” or immersive technology, these tools are creating real value beyond gaming — in training, product design, commerce, and customer experience. But results don’t come out of the box. xReality Consulting works with founders, operators, and investors on the commercial and operational decisions behind successful immersive technology programs.
About
Siri founded xReality Consulting in 2023, after advisory roles at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers working on technology risk, financial-services innovation, and process automation for Fortune 500 clients.
She holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business — where she was a Forté Fellow and Tandon Family Merit Scholar — and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
Approach
Most engagements are with seed and Series A teams building in XR, spatial computing, and adjacent immersive technologies. Founders are typically technical or design-first and bring Siri in for the commercial questions: who actually buys this, what should it cost, how does the story need to evolve. She works as an embedded strategist for the duration of an engagement, not as a deck-and-leave advisor.
Services
Pricing models, ICP definition, customer discovery, sales narrative, and collateral for early-stage XR and spatial computing companies. Engagements range from focused 2–4 week projects to ongoing fractional strategy work.
Helping founders evolve their commercial story when the market shifts. Common engagements include pivots from consumer to enterprise, sharpening ICP for B2B sales motions, and rebuilding investor narratives for fundraising in difficult markets.
Market analysis, competitive landscape reviews, and strategy sessions for founders and leadership teams operating in spatial computing, AR/VR, and adjacent emerging technologies.
